Digital Content Manager


We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Content Manager to join our successful communications agency on a permanent basis. 

In this role, you will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing compelling digital content across various platforms to enhance our clients’ online presence and brand visibility. 

The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a strategic mindset, capable of producing engaging content that resonates with target audiences and drives measurable results. 


  • Content strategy development: Develop and execute digital content strategies aligned with clients’ objectives, target audiences, and industry trends. 
  • Content creation: Produce high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content for websites, blogs, social media platforms, email newsletters, and other digital channels. 
  • Social media management: Manage and grow clients’ social media presence by crafting engaging posts, responding to comments, and monitoring trends and conversations. 
  • Performance monitoring: Track and analyse content performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM platforms to inform future content strategies and optimisations. 
  • Client communication: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their brand voice, goals, and feedback, ensuring alignment with their vision and objectives. 
  • Content calendar management: Develop and maintain content calendars to ensure consistent publishing schedules and timely delivery of content. 
  • Stay updated: Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in digital content creation, social media, and PR to continuously improve strategies and tactics.   


Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, communications, journalism, or related field, desirable, but not essential. 

Proven experience (2 years plus) in digital content creation and management. 

Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms. 

In-depth understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. 

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients. 

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. 

Full driving licence and access to a car. 



Salary: Up to £28,000 (depending on experience) 

Permanent, full-time basis (35 hours per week) 

Experience: 2 years minimum 

Flexible working patterns considered. 

Hybrid role with a mix of home working and at our base in central Cardiff
