• Run real and scenario-based training, equipping you for both the expected and the unexpected.

Should a crisis occur, we aim for absolutely nothing to happen, but we will prepare you.

We provide you with direct access to our crisis communication phone service where one of our experienced communicators will hand-hold you throughout your organisation’s needs, and our ‘little blue book’ containing all the key contacts in media, business and politics, will enable your voice to be heard during a critical time. We:

• Provide the protocols before, during and after a crisis
• Produce and issue supporting media content, such as press statements
• Prepare internal and external communication materials should you need them

We provide a ‘sleep easy’ monthly subscription service to utilise our crisis communication helpline, because you never know when you might need help and support.
