Morgan Woolley joined Effective in 2025 after completing a master’s degree in PR and Communications at Cardiff University. Having first joined the team as an intern, Morgan returned full-time to continue developing her skills alongside an experienced and supportive team. Born and raised in West Wales, Morgan is bilingual in English and Welsh and has a strong passion for sport, particularly Formula 1, rugby, hockey and tennis.
